Applications

Steam Autoclave is designed and manufactured for the purpose of sterilizing:
- Medical instruments, surgical instruments, medical supplies, medical materials, etc…

- Protective clothes, caps, gloves, mask, etc for medical doctors, medical staffs and patient, etc…
- Instrument, materials for test, experiment in laboratory…

- Liquid in medicine, test, experimental laboratory… in both wrapped and unwrapped types.

Main features

- Operating by a high precision multifunctional microprocessor controller, user interface via LCD display and keypad.
- Automatic operations from start to end of sterilizing cycle: water supply – pre vacuum – heating – sterilizing – ventilation – post drying – air balance – finish (end cycle).
- Sterilant: Saturated steam at high temperature.
- Equipped with PT 100 sensor to monitor temperature of the sterilization chamber.
- Display on LCD display for: Name of phases of the sterilization cycle. Chart of phases of the sterilization cycle. Pre-set temperature and actually operating temprature. Pre-set time (sterilization, dry) and remaining time.
- Actual sterilization pressure in the process of operation is indicated in pressure gauge.
- Alarms by signal lights and display alarm message on LCD display.
Equipped with door locking system and protection function for temperature, pressure, sensor, control signal, water level, electric current, etc…
