Steam Autoclave is designed and manufactured for the purpose of sterilizing:
- Medical instruments, surgical instruments, medical supplies, medical materials, etc…
- Protective clothes, caps, gloves, mask, etc for medical doctors, medical staffs and patient, etc…
- Instrument, materials for test, experiment in laboratory…
- Liquid in medicine, test, experimental laboratory… in both wrapped and unwrapped types.

Main features

- Fully Automatic Programmable Logic Controller via color touch screen from start to end of sterilizing cycle: pre vacuum – heating – sterilizing – ventilation – post vacuum drying – air balance – gasket opening – door opening – finish (end cycle).
- Sterilant: Saturated steam at high temperature.
- Method of air removal: Vacuum
- Automatic water supply.
- Equipped with PT 100 sensor to monitor temperature of the sterilization chamber.
- Display on Color Touch Screen for: Name of phases of the sterilization cycle. Diagram of phases of the sterilization cycle. Pre-set temperature and actually operating temprature. Pre-set time (sterilization, dry) and remaining time. Actual sterilization pressure are in the process of operation.
- Visual and audible alarms: By signal lights, buzzer and display alarm messages on color touch screen.
- Equipped with automatic safety door locking system and protection function for temperature, pressure, sensor, control signal, water level, electric current, etc…

0.5 ÷ 2.3 kg/cm² (equivalent to 0.49 bar – 2.256 bar).
Sterilization Time Setting Range
1 ÷ 180 minutes. Setting by entering digits directly with arbitrary adjustment scale.
Drying Time Setting Range
0 ÷ 180 minutes. Setting by entering digits directly with arbitrary adjustment scale.
