01 Categorize the system by design
Specialized positive pressure sterile clean air supply for medical industry.
The design of the ultrafiltration system and the active air disinfection system are the prerequisites for reaching WHO standards.
Air supply for industrial clean rooms.
Dust filtration is primary so there is absolutely no active air disinfection system. Design according to cleanroom Class standards (count the number of dust particles).
02 System standards
International standards for medical sterile clean rooms (operating room, ICU, LAB room, DSA ...):
Microbiological standard (optional): WHO Grade B ÷ Grade C
- Standard of micro dust (optional): Class 1,000 ÷ 10,000
Positive pressure standard (optional): CDC-USA (≥ +7 Pa)
- The sterile gas that creates positive pressure for the operating room is supplied from 100% of the fresh air that has passed ultrafiltration and high level sterilization.
The central air supply system does not have microbiological criteria because the system does not have an active air disinfection design.

- The central air supply system did not design positive pressure according to the original system, improved by the construction unit to take the return air from the corridor to create positive pressure, so it caused cross-contamination from the corridor to the operating room. .
03 Conditions for preventing cross-contamination of operating rooms The UCASS-18P7 system is specifically designed for medicine, so fresh air is processed by module technology in combination with the AHU-C local refrigeration system, so it is absolutely anti-cross-contamination for operating rooms. The central air supply system is not designed specifically for the operating room, so there is a system of air supply and return air that is common between operating rooms, between operating rooms and corridors, causing cross-contamination of operating rooms.
04 Use Long-term effectiveness for hospital  Efficient and economical because it is always tailored to each level of medical sterility according to clinical needs (regular operating room, heart operating room, organ transplant operation room, marrow transplant room, ICU HSTCCD ...) and easy to upgrade by adding modules. The central air supply system has a fixed design and is not able to upgrade or expand the operating room after investing in equipment according to the current status.
05 Energy efficiency, investment performance
- The UCASS system consumes very little energy and achieves high efficiency thanks to the AHU-C local cooling system, the operating room that has an operation, the operating theater system can operate the cold system.
