Applications

The Electric Sterilizing Drying Oven is designed and manufactured for the purpose of:
- Drying and sterilizing medical instruments (surgery, dentistry, etc.) in both packaged and unpackaged forms;
- Drying speciments, laboratory instruments, etc.
All are used in hospital, clinics, etc.

Main features

- Forced-heating, hot air flows are continuously circulating by convection blowers.
- Control temperature & time through multifunctional PID integrated Microprocessor Controller, with high precision. Control and setting by functional keys and numerical keys.
- Program to setup heating process at various stages with different temperatures so as suitable for the purpose of drying and sterilizing different types of medical instruments.
- Digital Displaying for parameters and symbols: real time, drying cycle, heating status, real temperature, error code and alarm temperature, fan status, error light, preset temperature on LED display panel.
- With 2 alarms functions and 4 protective functions for temperature and electricity.
- Automatic operation. With Timer function.
- Equipped with PT100 sensor for temperature measurement.
- Chart to describe the process of the operation (T1 – Time delay, T2 – Heating, T3 – Drying cycle, T4 – Cooling, T5 – Finish).
- The Oven is constructed with exterior shell of epoxy resin powder coated steel, interior shell of stainless steel SUS304 and insulation glass wool liner, with user-friendly convenient and safety design.
