1. After-sale warranty policy.

  1. Warranty conditions:

  • - All devices, accessories manufactured and/or distributed by us are still in the warranty period (12 months, except for special cases) from the date of acceptance and handover (except materials, consumable accessories).
  • - Defects are determined to be caused by:

  • us when distributing the products of other manufacturers, and/or
  • the manufacturer that his/her products are distributed by us.
  • The supplier of the goods is directly authorized by us or the manufacturer who owns the products distributed by us.

  1. Warranty methods:

  • - The 24/24 warranty center are available.
  • - During the warranty period:
  • + If the problem is caused by the user using wrong technical process, it will be solved immediately by phone, email or other electronic means of communication. In the event of an incident that, although the user has been instructed but still cannot fix it by himself, the warranty engineer will be present to determine the damaged part and take timely remedies.
  • In case of heavy damage that cannot be repaired on the using site, the device will be taken to a warranty center or factory for repair.
  • Time to complete the repair depends on each specific case and our commitment to customers by an agreement.
  • To do on-site repair for minor technical problems, repair at the warranty facilities in Vietnam within the warranty technician’s capacity and repair at the factory for heavy defects.
  • To do periodic maintenance for the several of specific machinery and equipment or doing according to the request of customers.
  1. Maintenance policy after the warranty period.

  • - Through signing maintenance contracts with a flexible validity period, according to the needs of customers.
  • - Several popular service packages are available for customers to choose from, if they want.
  • - Basic maintenance contents: Check, calibrate, recalibrate machinery, devices’ parameters, and clean, replace old broken accessories with new ones (if any), upgrade software (if any), etc.
  • - Maintenance is done at the using site.
  • - Supplying spare parts, accessories when performing maintenance if the customer needs.
